Top 50 Gastropubs 2017 - The kings Head Wye at number 25
The Top 50 Gastropub Awards is a highly regarded and influential national list of food led pubs, recognised for their outstanding food offer and service. The list entrants are voted for by top foodies and hospitality experts, these include gastropub operators (who can’t vote for their own pubs), food writers, pubco catering development managers and executive chefs, celebrity and top hospitality industry chefs, pub guide editors, industry chiefs and food operators. The voting criteria ensures the list really is decided by the industry.
Shepherd neame Awards 2016 - restaurant of the year
Based in Faversham Kent, Shepherd Neame is the oldest brewer in Great Britain and has been family-owned since 1864. The brewery has an estate of over 330 pubs, hotels, and restaurants, most of them independently run by people like us at The Kings Head. At their yearly awards ceremony, The Kings Head was recognised as "Restaurant of the Year"

The Great British Pub Awards are the stand-out event in most licensee’s calendars, with a glittering black-tie evening in the heart of London.
